EN 62368-1 Audio-video, information technology and communications technology equipment: Security requirements.
EN 62368-1 is a safety test standard for electrical and electronic equipment, audio and video products, information products, commercial office automation equipment up to 600V, power supply products, servers, monitors, TVs, laptops, personal computers and computer peripheral products.
On 15 June 2018, the EU published its latest communique 2018/C 209 37, postponing the mandatory implementation of EN 62368-1:2014 by 18 months, i.e. from the original 20 June 2019 to 20 December 2020.
