CEC is the abbreviation of the California Energy Commission. On December 30, 2005, CEC issued an energy efficiency certification program, CEC certification, in accordance with the Appliance Efficiency Regulation.
On July 1, 2006, CEC implemented new mandatory standards for the energy efficiency of AC-DC and AC-AC external power supplies, causing almost all electronic products to suffer. The standard covers all products that use external power supplies (such as chargers and adapters), including cell phones, home wireless phones, portable music players, handheld game consoles, toys, etc., and requires these products to be in standby and in use. Beginning January 1, 2018, California TITLE20 electrical efficiency regulations are enforced, and higher energy efficiency standards are implemented for LEDs exported to California. In addition to TITLE20, TITL20, JA8, JA10, and CEC LAMP V3.0 are also included in the LED energy efficiency standards.
In addition to saving energy, the new CEC regulations have also had a major impact on environmental protection. According to statistics, if all of California's external power supplies are able to comply with the new standards, California will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 360,000 tons per year, which is equivalent to the annual emissions of 60,000 cars.
According to the Appliance Efficiency Regulation, electrical products must be tested by a qualified laboratory in accordance with applicable US regulations or standards to demonstrate compliance with the requirements before they can be sold in California. The regulation also specifies requirements and measurement methods for energy efficiency indicators for Category 58 electrical products.

CEC certification process:
1.Submit the application form, samples and documents to the qualified laboratory;

CEC certification materials:
1. Product Name: Provide the full name of the product;
2. Product model: List all the product models, varieties or classification numbers that need to be tested;

coal mine, ship, etc.;
4. Parts list: List the parts and models (classification number), rating, and manufacturer's name of the product. For the insulation material, please provide the name of the raw material.
5. Electrical performance:
For electronic and electrical products, provide electrical schematics (circuit diagrams) and electrical performance tables;
6. Structure diagram: For most products, it is necessary to provide the structural drawing or explosion diagram of
