Certification Overview

According to the different products and certification requirements, BSMI totally is divided into the following three authentication mode:
1.Type Approval (TA, Type Approval)

Customer declare yourself, to apply to the BSMI for payment.Applies only to information technology equipment components products, shell and tube EMC + Safety.On January 16, 2000.Certificate of permanent, but likely due to long time to replace the standard need to retest.

The validity of the certificate:

Introduction Of Taiwan NCC

Control products
NCC mainly controls the following two types of products:
Telecommunications terminal equipment validation (Telecom) of the project:
1. The public switched telephone network (PSTN) : telephone/phone/automatic alarm equipment recorder/fax/remote control/phone cable wireless main machine/user should bring along their own switches/buttons telephone system/computer telephone integration equipment/data/call display terminal equipment / 2.4 GHz radio frequency (rf) telecommunications terminal equipment/VoIP network telephone.
2. The land mobile communication networks (PLMN) : radio call system terminal equipment/action/relay type wireless data terminal equipments that telephone/GSM mobile telephone and terminal equipment / 1880 ~ 1895 MHZ wireless special switch and terminal equipment/DCS1800 mobile telephone and terminal equipment/action of the third generation communication terminal equipment.
Products low power radio (RF) :
1. Working frequency 1 GHZ under low power radio frequency motor.
2. The working frequency of not less than 1 GHZ, low power radio but using frequency hopping (frequency hopping) or digital modulation (digitally modulated) of the equipment.
3. Wireless Information transmission equipment (Unlicensed National Information Infrastructure) or adopting frequency hopping (frequency hopping) or digital modulation.
Application Process
1. The customer to prepare samples and information, application submitted to Waltek
2. Waltek the samples and data submitted to Taiwan aptitude lab for testing
3. Taiwan qualification of laboratory test, the test after the completion of the issue the test report, and submit the report to NCC
4. NCC audit report and other application documents, there is no problem after the issuance of certificates of NCC
Certification Mark
1, NCC marks: NCC LOGO must be greater than 15 mm.
2, tags: must be labeled with the product itself, if the product is too small, can be printed on the smallest package.
