Container Loading Supervision (CLS) is the final step in the monitoring of goods during manufacturing and is usually performed at the manufacturer's warehouse or at the shipping company's premises.
During the loading of the goods, the inspector will go to the site to supervise the execution of the entire loading process, ensuring that the products and quantities delivered are correct before payment.
Check points for container supervision:
A.Record weather conditions, container arrival time, container number and trailer number;
B.Check the container for damage, moisture and special odor;
C.Check the quantity of the product and the condition of the outer packaging;
D.Randomly check several boxes to confirm the actual packaged products;
E.Supervise the loading process to ensure minimal damage and maximize space utilization;
F.Customs seals closed containers;
G.Record the number of the seal and the time the container left.
